Our graduate program is structured around three fundamental pillars:
Transition seamlessly from student life to the professional realm with our comprehensive onboarding process. From day one on-site and throughout the initial six months, our dedicated staff and mentors will guide you through your roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

We are currently seeking candidates for our 2025 graduate program.
To be considered candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Unrestricted rights to work in Australia
  • Hold an Australian drivers license
  • Qualified with a relevant bachelor’s degree prior to commencement fields related to mining or any relevant sub-disciplines
  • Demonstrate a genuine desire to learn, grow, and excel through engaging and challenging work experiences
  • Display flexibility in embracing up to three role rotations throughout the program
  • Embody a collaborative spirit with a keen interest in leadership and continuous learning
  • A willingness to relocate to Blackwater if required for the role.
