How do I become a Coronado Supplier?
  • Coronado invite suppliers to register their interest in supplying goods and services to our operations.  Business Registration does not guarantee business with Coronado but is an indication of interest and a registration of your organisation’s capability and capacity.
  • To begin the registration process, please proceed to “Becoming a supplier” webpage and click register where required.
If we already provide services or products to Coronado should we still register?

If you are an existing supplier, we will send you a login and password for you to register your details in our system.

What should we do if we have an offer that Coronado simply must see?

Please email Curraghsuppliers@coronadoglobal.com if you feel your application requires urgent escalation.

HOW DO I BEGIN THE ONLINE REGISTRATION?

To begin the registration process, please proceed to “Becoming a supplier” webpage and click register where required.

What if I cannot start the registration process?

Please email Curraghsuppliers@coronadoglobal.com and someone will contact you within two days.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY REGISTRATION DOES NOT GO THROUGH DUE TO A TECHNICAL PROBLEM?
How will I know when I am registered as a preferred supplier to Coronado?

If successful with your registration, the nominated contact will receive an automated email including a login and password to access the Oracle Cloud system.

Can more than one person register from the same company?

Yes, more than one person can register with the company. There will be a section whereby you can enter additional personnel contact details once registered as a Supplier to Coronado.

Who has access to my information?
  • Persons you have nominated as contacts in your registration, and
  • Coronado review panel and approval teams.
Can I save a partially completed registration?

Yes. Click save and come back to this at later date to complete.

What do I do if I can’t find my product or service listed in the categories section?

Choose a category closest to the products offered by your company. You can make a note within your application if you feel it does not suffice.

I was part way through my registration and lost power/access – do I start over?

Yes you will need to start again unless you saved the information prior to loss of access.

Do I have to have an ABN to register?

Yes. You must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) and you must be a Australian Business. Coronado will have ongoing requirements for on and/or offsite purposes. 

Can I be a Sole Trader, Trust or in Partnership to register with Coronado?

No. Coronado engage vendors through companies only and does not engage sole traders.

Is there a cost to register as Supplier to Coronado?

There is no cost to register as a Supplier to Coronado.

After registration, what comes next?

If successful with your registration, the nominated contact will receive an automated email including a login and password to access the Oracle Cloud system.
